FoodSpiration is an enlightenment programme that teaches you about the relationship between Food and you. It also entails the following;
1. Food Messaging:
Learning the art of combining colours and writing messages on Food and Fruits to express suitable communication between the Cook and the eater.
2. Food Crafting;
This involves food presentation in unique ways to create art. Another name for food decoration with the use of Fruits and Foods readily available.
3.Healthy dishes;
This involves understanding the implications of food intake and eating right in order to stay healthy. Also identifying specific foods for various health conditions.
4. Food Composure;
This involves knowing how to compose yourself when presented with foods at various meetings such as Business deals, First time contacts and relationships or engagements. It also includes Food analysis which invariably determines how people rate you and deal likewise with you.
5. Biblical implications;
The Bible contains over 3000 Bible references on Food. This programme will expose relative aspects on Food.
In essence it is creating a new dimensional outlook on Food.
Episode 1: About FoodSpiration which is showing the relationship between Food and you and the need to treat food with respect. Rainbow Fruit Kebab: Another name for fruit salad but presented like a kebab.it involves combining various fresh fruits based on the colours using the scooped water melon as a base. RECIPIES; 1 Sized watermelon, ½ Slice of Pineapple, 1 red and green Apple, 1 slice of Coconut and other fruits aside bananas and avocado pear because they will turn dirty brown and have an offensive smell.
Episode 2 * Potahondish; A creative dish using boiled potatoes and Sauce. * 2 small sized potatoes Irish * 1 cubed seasoning * 2 seeds of Fresh Pepper * ½ Slice of Onions * Curry leaves * 1 lap of chucken * ½ cup of groundnut oil. * Steam the chicken and fry in ½ cup of groundnut oil * Add the pepper and diced onions * Add the curry leaves * Allow the Potatoes cool, slice and sharpen with cutters. Grease on a serving plate with butter and serve in the hit sauce.
Episode 3 :Street Food made easy: In Nigeria we have many street made foods such as Bole (roasted plantain with pepper sauce), moimoi (steamed beans) and many others. On street made FOODs we want the world to know about our various Nigerian dishes that can be easily prepared and served in a hurry. It is also a good source of income.
Episode 4; Quick foods such as Spring rolls and Puff. These are tasty and healthy foods served at occasions and best for breakfast. These are the recipies; 2 cups of flour, 5 seeds of fresh pepper, 1/2 slice of cabbage , 1 tablespoon of yeast for rising, warm water (1cup) and 3 cups of vegetable oil. It also have various options such as mincemeat or sardine fish as the filling . After the mixture of flour,yeast, pepper, salt and warm water allow to rise for 5mins. Hear the oil in a deep fryer and use your scoop spoon or clean hands to scoop neatly in the oil . Here your puff is ready The spring rolls dough is made from flour, baking powder and a little warm water. Use the mixture as a grease and remove neatly in a plate to form a flat breadlike structure . Put the steamed cabbage, sweetcorn, and fresh pepper as the filling , Heat the oil and roll into a sausage shape and deep fry

Episode 6 – Another professional cook, Spaggetti with seasoned mackerel fish and fresh prawns made with Italian spices. Second dish Combo jollof Rice with sea foods Fresh prawns, dried fish and tomatoe sauce cooked in rice and garnished with spring onions
Episode 7 – Cocoplantain. Coconut sprinkled on fried ripe plantain and fish pepper sauce.
